Cancellation Policy

Effective 1st Feb 24 - Changes to the Cancellation Policy & Payment Requirements: Payment schedule: Bookings made within 30days or less, full payment is required 14days prior to service or booking will be auto cancelled. Bookings made outside 31 days or more, a $50 deposit is required within 14 days of booking being made and final payment is due 14 days prior to service for bookings that total $200 or under. A $100 deposit is required within 14 days of booking being made and final payment is due 14 days prior to service for bookings that total $201 or more. Cancellation Policy: Home Visits/Combos: Bookings are fully refundable outside 3 days prior to service with the exception of transaction fees. Within 3 days prior to service a one day cancellation fee applies plus transaction fees. Once a booking has commenced there is no refund for unused services. Amendments: No cancellation charges apply if amended outside 3 days prior to service. Dog Walks: 100% fully refundable less transaction fees. Please note: Due to the cost of living, the 10th walk free has been discontinued. Sorry for the inconvenience.
