Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Home Visits/Combos: Bookings are fully refundable outside 3 days prior to service with the exception of credit card or Paypal fees which are non refundable. Within 3 days prior to service a one day cancellation fee applies plus credit card or Paypal transaction fees. Once a booking has commenced there is no refund for any unused services. Amendments: No cancellation charges apply if amended outside 3 days prior to service. Within 3 days prior to service a one day cancellation fee applies plus credit card or Paypal transaction fees. Dog Walks: 100% fully refundable less credit card or Paypal transaction fees.
